Tiny file case-insensivity issue

I noticed I named my class against a convention of first letter capital, therefore I renamed the file, the FD asked me if I want to update the references, yes, and then it told me there already is a file with this name in the folder, which was true considering that I'm on Windows and file names are compared without case sensitivity.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a class named `abc`
2. Rename the class file to `Abc`

Not a problematic bug, but I thought I'll share nevertheless.
