Hello,

I am fairly new to using Flash Develop and have only recently encountered this issue since I installed Eclipse which requires Java as well. Every time I attempt to build a project it displays the error message 'Unable to Start Java.EXE'. I have attempted to reinstall both Flash Develop and Java, but I get the same results.

Technical Information:
Operating System: Windows 10 (Latest Version)
Version of Flash Develop: 5.3.3
JDK version: jdk1.8.0_191

Path to Java: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_191
Is this path correct? If not what, is the default path for FlashDevelop?

Does anyone have any solutions to this issue?

It looks like you've installed the 64-bit version of JDK. You'll probably need to get the 32-bit version.

Another thing you might need to do is add JAVA_HOME as an environment variable.
Type "env" in cortana and you should get a suggestion like "Edit the system environment variables"
Click on that link, and when a new window appears, click on "Environment Variables"
Put JAVA_HOME under System variables, with the value being the path to your java folder.

Did the above and it works. Thank you.
