Mono 2.0 was just released. The Winforms API is complete from what I understand. What else would have to be written in order to port to linux?

Well the biggest work is going to be needed with the docking system and ScintillaControl. FlashDevelop and the plugins have only few P/Invokes.

As stated before we don't have time or need to port FD to mono but we are more than happy to provide everything needed (svn, ftp, hosting, domains) if a second team would like to start a project for Mono. It would need to be a seperate project as we want to keep the current codebase.
