Why does FlashDevelop say I don't have a valid SDK defined?

I'm running FlashDevelop 5.2.0.3 on a 64-bit Windows 10 laptop. FlashDevelop compiles most projects just fine using the Flex 4.5.1 SDK I've defined as the default. But I started working on someone else's project and it doesn't work. It says a valid SDK isn't defined, even though I can see in the project properties that it is. It's the same SDK that works with any new project I can create.

Does anyone have any tips? Are there some other project properties I should look for that might fix or explain this?

EDIT: I just went through every tab in project properties as made sure every setting was the same as a new project. It still says there's no valid SDK defined. What else should I look for?

What does FlashDevelop look at to determine if an SDK is valid?
