I recently got a new iMac, a few days into the ownership, I decided to be the first adopter of Mac OS X Lion. While many things are hunky dorey, Flash Builder behaves strange, and the AS compiler becomes noticeably slow. In all cases, my 1.6GHz Core 2 Duo laptop outshines this Core i7 2.93GHz beast.
Finally, I went through the pain and reverted the OS back to Snow Leopard, the compiler regains its speed. I suspect it might have something to do with Lion's Java performance? Anyone has similar experience?
