There appears to be two bugs here .

When I use the CTRL + Shift + 1 hotkey to invoke the "Getter and setter" dialogue on a variable:

  1. The last two charcters of the variable data type are displaced to after the generated getters and setters. Eg: String; becomes Strin and the g; ends up after the getter and setter (see below code).
  2. If the variable is a static, the generated functions are missing a space between static function. See below code.

BEFORE
Code:
private static var myVar:String;

AFTER
Code:
private static var myVar(get, set):Strin

staticfunction get_myVar():String
{
   return myVar;
}

staticfunction set_myVar(value:String):String
{
   return myVar = value;
}g;

Mmmm it works fine for me here. Maybe you don't have the templates/snippets folder with the latest files?

You should replace the files in %localappdata%/flashdevelop/Snippets/haxe with the ones in <installation folder>/Snippets/haxe.

No joy :(

I deleted this folder:
C:\Users\Bink\AppData\Local\FlashDevelop\Snippets\haxe

Before replacing it with a copy of this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\FlashDevelop\Snippets\haxe

Then started FlashDevelop. The issue is still occurring.
