If you have classes that are stored in the global classpath and go to "Refactor - Organize Imports" classes in the global classpath are removed essentially breaking the current class.

Also I find that Find All References does not seem to work properly with classes stored in the global classpath.

Windows 7 - This occurs in all AS3 projects, AIR, Flash Player whatever. I am not sure what other details you are looking for but I am happy to provide them.

Classes in the global classpath shouldn't be imported - what is broken? Can you show an example?

Sorry what do you mean shouldn't be imported? I am using the Global classpath as a library that is common across all projects. So for example I might put TweenMax in there. When I go to "Organize Imports" in a class where I am using TweenMax, the class is removed entirely from the import block. The code then does not compile because it has no clue what 'TweenMax' is. I thought the Global Classpath was supposed to be another 'src' folder.

No need to apologize, I am not often the best at communicating these things effectively.

Has this bug been addressed? My imports are getting deleted when they shouldn't.

If it helps, the only import that isn't getting deleted is
Code:
import flash.external.ExternalInterface;
