Quick open file (Ctrl+R)

- searching files through all source paths
- doesn't show files in .svn, .cvs, .git folders
- searching by abbreviation:
To find "PrivateMessageFilter" for example, type "PriMeF" or even "PMF". - grouping currently opened files at the top of the search results
Version for FD4 does not require to type capital letters at all, so "PrivateMessageFilter" in example above will be found by typing "primef", "pmf" )

In large projects it is possible to set caching (in the settings). In this case after adding/removing files it is necessary to press "Refresh" button (or Ctrl+R) to reread file list.

Quick open type (Ctrl+Y)

- searching for classes (also by abbreviation)

Quick outline (Ctrl+Shift+O)
- quick search member/method in a file

Go to declaration by Ctrl+click on the word :D

To Philippe:

Is there any way to use Ctrl+Shift+R and Ctrl+O shortcuts in plugin (to make the same approach as in Eclipse/FlexBuilder) ?

Crazy! all these features work amazingly well.

These shortcuts are already bound in MainMenu.xml - you have to delete the shortcuts here to be able to use them in plugins.

Great plug-in and I've actually been missing quick open file. However quick open file is a bit slow in larger projects. Doesn't FD have some kind of cache you could take advantage of?

It would be awesome if the mousewheel could go to the next instance / previous instance of the selection.

( But the ctrl+mousewheel would not work since it is bound to scaling, maybe alt+ mousewheel ? )

Can the ctrl+click have an option to be disabled.

At the moment if I am double clicking on a word to hilight it, and then hitting ctrl+c to copy it, I often end up accidentally jumping files.

Sorry there is something wrong. I'm usually using ctrl+drag to copy bits of text in the document, but it is colliding with the ctrl+click functionality...

It works fine for me in most cases. However, Plugin is updated. :)

1. Ctrl+Click feature has more smart behaviour now.
Also added option to disable it.

2. Some performance optimizations while search in OpenRecourceDialog.
However, when dialog is opening, it is necessary to read all project content from the disk.
I think, FD should provide cashed list of all project files for such purposes.

Suggestion to FD team: additional to "Goto var declaration" implement "Goto TYPE OF THAT VAR declaration"
(It was requested few times by other persons)
