Is the bookmark system even part of a plugin? I tried to find it a while back but I couldn't figure it out. I want to fix some problems with the bookmarks but I can't figure out which part of the source code to look at. If anyone knows you would have my undying gratitude. This problem has been driving me insane for months :(

The plugin that manages the bookmarks is called BookmarkPanel, it's in the same location as the rest of the plugins and part of the project solution.

Actually, that's not what I was looking for. I'm looking for what controls the storage of all your bookmarks. The problem I'm trying to fix is where it clears all of your bookmarks whenever you reload/refresh a file. I would much prefer if, at the very least, it left the bookmarks on the same line number so I can still get relatively close to what I was working on without having to find it again.

EDIT: I think I may have found it. Looks like TabbedDocument.cs in the FlashDevelop project is what stores all the bookmarks for the current document. Guess I'll start there.
