FD is my favorite IDE, I used it for years.I created a more powerful template for air app. Wish you guys enjoy it. :D

3.Add version number to package filename
4.More detials in application.xml

6.Auto uninstall and reinstall on device
7.Use ClearUp.bat to full copy files
8.Contains my provision and p12 file
9.Auto set DEBUG_IP
10.Add debug entry for each iOS devices
11.Package as iOS, android, exe and bundle version
12.Support desktop and mobile device

Those are private keys used to identify your apps as belonging to you to the appropriate app store. By providing your keys/certificates you are giving a malicious person the opportunity to update your apps without your consent.

The p12 file are still (forever) in the history of the repo - only destroying the repo and creating a new one can clear that.
