After facing xerces conflict issue, I installed sun jdk 1.6.0_10 and unistalled IBM Jdk. Now I am getting "Exception: System cannot find specified file." I am trying to run a hello world project of type .as3. I have added my jdk path in JAVA_HOME system variable and also in java.args of jvm.config file.

The exception is given below

Running process: C:\Program Files\FlashDevelop\Tools\fdbuild\fdbuild.exe "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\test1\test1.as3proj" -ipc 7bac7a18-a613-4ba5-a7a0-b232deac8b8b -compiler "C:\home\nICE\resources\flex_sdk_2_Hotfix3" -library "C:\Program Files\FlashDevelop\Library"
HINT: Improve your build speed when compiling in FlashDevelop3 by placing the Adobe Flex Compiler Shell in your Flex2 bin path.
Building test1
mxmlc -load-config+=obj\test1Config.xml -debug=true -benchmark=false -o obj\test1633627981712500000
Exception: The system cannot find the file specified
Done (1)

If I execute the mxmlc in command line works fine and generates output file. The command line output is given below

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\test1\src>mxmlc -load-confi
g+=..\obj\test1Config.xml -debug=true -benchmark=false -o ..\obj\test
Loading configuration file C:\home\nICE\resources\flex_sdk_2_Hotfix3\frameworks\
flex-config.xml
Loading configuration file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\
test1\obj\test1Config.xml
..\obj\test (200610 bytes)

If I open the output file with flash player 9, it tells "debugger not connected" and ask me to choose IP address of the system where debugger is running, if I click on cancel my project loads on the screen.

I am running on windows xp 32 bit.

Thank you
Karthik

Fixed the problem:

The problem was I had set java.args=path_to_Java/jre6

But the correct is

Java.args=path_to_Java/jdk_version/jre

One more thing to add, I tried using Flex sdk 3, In flex sdk 3 the error was

Exception: No process is associated with this object

I flelt Flex SDK developers could have give more specific error details.

Regards
Karthik
