Haxe to target native project?

Long story short I have a haxe project that uses vector heavy swf assets. The idea was to target flash for browsers and neko a desktop targets, but neko can't handle this much vector art, and converting all of it to bitmaps isn't pheasable, so I'm now targeting flash solely, but still would like a distributable .exe for a desktop version of the game.

Since it seems Flash Pro can target win/mac projector formats, I'm wondering if I can just leverage that from my haxe project. I followed the guide here and got a Air projector project with a .exe that runs my haxe created swf in the directory, but what I'm after is a single .exe file (or at least something not packaged with an external .swf). I've been reading up on AIR, ADT, ANE all day and it all seems just shy of brain surgery to me. Does anyone know a way to do this?
