Feature request: focus Outline panel when editor is clicked

I have an idea for a feature request, that I would find most-useful when working on my laptop.

As space is at a premium, my layout is:

- Editor on the left, taking up 3/4 of the screen
- Outline and Project on the right, stacked so I can only see one panel at a time

When editing code, I have Outline panel showing, but when I need to open files, I swap to the Project view. However, once a file is open, I need to then go and click the Outline tab to show the Outline view again, or of course, use a shortcut key.

It would save a bit of effort and a few seconds if there was a toggle somewhere (maybe the Outline panel menu?) to refocus the Outline panel when the Editor pane was next clicked in. This would also allow you to open several files at once, without the Outline panel inadvertently refocussing.

I've had a bit of a think about this, and I don't think it would be annoying in other situations, but of course, I could be wrong!

Actually, I've just experimented with pinning the Project panel to the right of the UI, and having it pop open when I move my mouse to it, and this is a really neat solution that has the same end-result.

"Cancel new feature" ;)
