How about FlashDevelop multi-OS version?

I've used FlashDevelop 4 for about a month now and I really like it. I only joined this website to post this comment. I apogize if I'm way off base making this suggestion or if it's been covered before...

I've read some posts regarding a bridge for Linux, etc. Why not create a multi-OS version of FlashDevelop using Java or even better Flash/Flex? Both already work across all platforms. Just throwing out the idea.

zenskillz... it has been brought up a lot. Do a search and you'll find a handful of recent responses on why FD is natively Win only.
