I look, but didnot find how to change my AS3 font code. Is it possible?
btw, why in new version code lines are no longer "+", but black boxes? I like "+", more :)

Please explore the forum before posting - both questions were answered many times already.

Answer about the font is the previous thread in this forum section.
The "back boxes" is settings problem: set their colors in the program settings ("Marker Background/Foreground Color")

I appreciate it is frustrating when people continuously ask the same question, but it's even more frustrating that as someone who is in the process of searching this is the 2nd post i've read on changing font size which merely says "search the forum"!

Now THAT'S frustrating! Is there no way of flagging topics like these as 'do not show up in search' or something?

The previous post in this section answers your question. But i also would like to add that global style settings are defined in the ScintillaNET.xml file.

You're right, sorry about that.

Font must be changed now using the colors editor dialog in Tools menu.

Hi

Thanks for your answer. Such an important option could have a more semantic access. Color Syntax = font size ? odd!

I agree it could be better. Syntax Settings? Syntax Styling? Editor Styles? Any ideas?

I was looking for anything with 'format' , 'style' or obviously 'fonts'

Syntax Styling would definitely have rung a bell, Editor Styles sounds also OK, or a good old 'Fonts & Color Settings' for the sake of noobs like me ;)

...and be very careful not to select a font that is not supported. FD will crash and be unable to restart.
